The modeling and design of this equipment has been done in UAE and the Same is tried and tested with rigorous working conditions in UAE for long working hours and fast movement with rapid trips at long distance. The same technology is now incorporated in Indian build truck mixers.

The drum has been designed with higher thickness of special wear resistant steel to give maximum drum life. With proper maintenance the drum life can be enhanced further.

Capacity of the drum is 6 cubic metre, Drum is made of ST 52.3 having Shell thickness of 5 mm. The finish painting of drum is being done with Polyurethane paint which is a scratch proof paint, ultraviolent resistant and is durable against cleaning with high pressure jet.





DISCHARGE HOPPER:

DisCharge hopper is made up of ST 52.3 having average thickness 3 mm Has a bolted design which helps in easy maintenance and can be easily replaced in case of physical damage. The discharge hooper are given additional supports & wear plates for longer life. The finish painting is being done with polyurethane Paint which is scratch proof paint, ultraviolent resistant and is durable against Cleaning with high pressure jet.
